Considering the rapidly rising importance of electric vehicles, we have undertaken the production of composite parts for Temsa's newest electric bus model, the LD SB E. Our project aims to support the transformation process in the sector by contributing to environmentally friendly mobility solutions.

Production Scope:
The production of critical aesthetic and functional composite parts for the LD SB E model is carried out:

Front and rear bumper groups
Side panels
Headlight housings and other exterior design components
Technical and Environmental Focus:

Production Technology: RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)
Sustainability: The parts are produced with environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving processes in line with low carbon footprint targets.
Durability and Lightness: Special lightweight and durable composite materials are preferred to contribute to increasing vehicle range.
