In our facilities operating on an area of 32,000 m², we offer solutions specific to the needs of our customers with our expert team and innovative production methods.

 

Our competent team of 150 people forms the cornerstone of our high-capacity production approach and supports our quality production processes. Doğuş Composite is a production center that transforms designs from its customers into durable and quality products. We have a wide range of production such as SMC, RTM, HAND LAY-UP, THERMOFORM COATING, ABS PRODUCTION and METAL DETAIL PARTS production. As of 2025, SMC production has been added to our production methods and our portfolio has been expanded. Our compliance with high quality standards, especially in the automotive sector, has been documented with our IATF 16949 document.

 

Our facility has a significant logistical advantage due to its proximity to ports and major highways. This location advantage allows us to offer our customers on-time delivery and effective supply chain management. In addition, thanks to the solar panels on our roof, we produce the electricity we consume in our own facility and contribute to our sustainability goals.
