To accurately reflect the visual identity and design vision of your projects, we manufacture in a custom color palette and with unlimited color options requested by our customers. To prevent problems such as color fading, dulling, and chalking, which are most common in outdoor water parks, we apply processes fully compliant with the EN 1069 international water slide standards. Thanks to the advanced gelcoat applications we use in our production, which have high UV resistance and extra resistance to pool chemicals such as chlorine, our composite modules maintain their original shine, smoothness, and vibrancy even after years of exposure to the damaging effects of the sun.

The multi-axial, specialized reinforcement fabrics and advanced structural resins with high mechanical strength used in the lamination of the body perfectly optimize the modules' elongation coefficient. L-RTM and Hand Lay-Up

To provide the best solution for your project's scale, budget, and technical requirements, we apply both traditional hand lay-up and advanced closed-mold (L-RTM) molding technologies to the highest quality standards in our production lines. L-RTM enables high-volume production with smooth surfaces, consistent thickness tolerances, and homogeneous structures; while our hand lay-up process allows us to create custom-designed, large-scale modules requiring specific flexibility. Regardless of the method used, we complete precise edge cutting and finishing processes after production, either manually or robotically, according to the project details.
