Hand Lay-Up Master

Education and Experience:

• Having at least 3 years of experience in hand lay-up method in composite material production.

• Graduating from technical high school, vocational school or related vocational courses is preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in fibre placement, resin application, layering and air extraction processes.

• Having knowledge about working with resin and fiberglass materials.

• Experience in mold preparation, resin distribution and ensuring surface smoothness.

• Ability to read technical drawings and work in accordance with production instructions.

Quality and Safety:

• Working meticulously to meet quality standards during production.

• Working safely with chemical materials in accordance with occupational safety rules.

• Controlling the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of parts after production.

Personal Characteristics:

• To have a responsible, detail-oriented and disciplined working approach.

• Being prone to teamwork and having strong communication skills.

• Having good time management skills and being able to follow up work effectively.

Reasons for Preference:

• Having experience in the production of large composite parts and projects requiring precision workmanship.

• Experience in working with resin mixtures and reinforcement materials.
