Education and Experience:

• Having at least 3 years of experience in trimming operations of composite materials.

• Graduating from technical high school, vocational school or related vocational courses is preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in cutting, grinding, drilling and edging of composite parts.

• Ability to use hand tools (grinding machine, drill, cutting tools, etc.) and CNC equipment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and work in accordance with production instructions.

• Detail-oriented approach that can ensure surface precision and dimensional accuracy.

Quality and Safety:

• To work meticulously to meet quality standards during work.

• Using hand tools and machines in accordance with work safety rules.

• To meet customer expectations by controlling product surface quality and edge details.

Personal Characteristics:

• To have a working approach that pays attention to details, is orderly and responsible.

• Being prone to teamwork and having strong communication skills.

• Having good time management skills and being able to follow up work effectively.

Reasons for Preference:

• Experience in trimming large composite parts in the automotive or similar sectors.

• To have knowledge about surface repair, roughness removal and aesthetic details.
