RTM Master

Education and Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the LRTM (Light Resin Transfer Molding) method.

Graduating from a technical high school, vocational school or related vocational training program is preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Expertise in LRTM mold preparation, resin transfer, vacuum system installation and product removal processes.

Having knowledge of fiber placement, core material usage and resin flow control.

Being able to perform mold maintenance, cleaning and repair operations.

Being able to read technical drawings and work in accordance with production instructions.

Quality Focus:

Working carefully to ensure product surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Being competent in post-production control processes and meeting quality standards.

Working Safety and Working Principles:

Working in accordance with occupational safety and environmental protection rules.

Being knowledgeable about the safe use of resins and chemicals.

Personal Characteristics:

Being prone to teamwork and having strong communication skills.

Having a work approach that is responsible, disciplined and pays attention to details.

Having advanced problem-solving skills and being able to work results-oriented.
