Assembly Master

Education and Experience:

At least 3 years of experience working with composite materials.

Graduating from a technical high school, vocational school or related vocational courses is preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Expertise in detail assembly of composite parts, bracket placement and connection processes.

Ability to use hand tools (drill, grinder, torque wrench etc.) and assembly equipment professionally.

Ability to read and apply technical drawings.

Experience in surface preparation, hole drilling, assembly of fasteners and adhesive application processes.

Quality Focus:

Ability to work in accordance with high precision and quality standards.

Ability to master post-assembly control processes and use measuring instruments.

Work Safety and Working Principles:

Working in accordance with work safety rules.

Having a careful, orderly and disciplined working approach.

Personal Characteristics:
