Production engineer

Educational Status: To be a 3rd or 4th year student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or related engineering departments of universities.

Technical Knowledge: To have basic knowledge on production processes, quality control, production planning and material information.

Software Knowledge: To be familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar CAD software and to be able to actively use Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills: To be prone to teamwork and have strong communication skills.

Analytical Thinking: To be able to exhibit an analytical approach on problem solving and process improvement.

Reasons for Preference:

To have knowledge on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement or quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

To be interested in working in a factory environment and to gain field experience.

Time Management: To be able to complete tasks within the specified time and take responsibility.

Language Proficiency: English knowledge is preferred (for foreign customers or documentation).

Working Hours: Having the flexibility to do an internship for at least 5 days a week.

Safety and Work Ethics: Complying with work safety rules and adhering to professional work ethics.
