Auto Paint Master

Education and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in the field of auto paint.

Preferably graduated from the relevant departments of a vocational high school or vocational school.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Expertise in surface preparation, priming, top coat application and finishing processes.

Ability to use paint guns, sanders and other paint equipment professionally.

Having knowledge of different paint types (water-based, acrylic, synthetic etc.) and application techniques.

Experience in color toning, color mixture preparation and color difference correction.

Quality and Detail Orientation:

High surface quality and attention to detail in paint jobs.

Being competent in quality control processes and providing results that can meet customer expectations.

Working in accordance with work safety rules and having knowledge about safe material use.

Adopting environmentally sensitive working principles.

Personal Characteristics:

Being responsible, disciplined and prone to teamwork.

Having strong work follow-up and developed time management skills.

Ability to solve problems and be results-oriented.

Reasons for Preference:

Experience in painting large vehicles (buses, minibuses, etc.).

Expertise in surface repair, puttying and sanding processes.
